The room was rather spacious. Large screens showing every angle of the action outside with nice, comfy seats situated before it. There were snacks already sitting on a table close at hand.
“Ooo, perfect~” Missy Purred as she settled down into the seat, her umbrella left by the door. “And this is even better….!” She cheered spotting the double chocolate muffins. Taking one she bit into it humming happily.
“Thank you dearies, you both know how to make a lady happy.” she winked.
The Doctor fetched himself one of the banana nut muffins and settled into the other chair, “Anything for you, Missy,” he smiled, then shifted his eyes to the center of the table. It held a top-down view of the outside, complete with little hologram projections of the people milling about.
Relaxing back into the comfortable chair, Missy took her hat off. “That’s rather handy.” she mused. “How long you estimate, till they come crawling out? a few hours?”
Missy’s eyes widened ever so slightly. She hadn’t expected him to defend her. She stares down, at the barrel of the gun, that was pressed to her chest.
“Well… this is certainly inconvenient…” she said looking at him. How were they going to convince this madman to drop the gun and not shoot her….?
“I’d say that’s probably an understatement.” The Doctor replied quietly, and then addressed the owner of the gun.
“That right there, if you do that, it’ll be the stupidest decision you ever make in your whole life. If you put the gun down, it’ll be the smartest one.” He began to slowly edge closer, a hand on Missy’s arm so he was ready to push her out of the way of the gun if he needed to.
The madman narrowed his eyes at him and turned the gun on him. “You don’t understand!” The man finally exclaimed. “If- If I don’t! them she will be angry! She requires sacrifice! Or it will be our children as punishment!”
Missy could see the man wavering, his Green-Peridot eyes turned Orange as he became more distressed, the orange growing darker. “I- I can’t! I can’t loose my little boy… and the sacrifice burning is tomorrow… and She Demands intelligent blood.. she will no longer accept cattle…”

“I must have been rather desperate for companionship,” he wrinkled his nose. He remembered River, but Clara was a mystery to him, “Or something else happens to me that neither of us knows of.”
After so long being along again…and now being so close. That sweet honeyed scent he had so missed was nearly intoxicating now.
“How about we go and remind some old friends of ours what it means to mess with Time Lords.”
Missys smile widened and turned wicked. “Oh~ Yes please… it’s a shame that the brigadier is no longer with us… he was fun to mess with.” She chuckles. “Are was starting small or diving straight in? I had thought about hacking in, messing with them, make them think they are under attack and watching them run about trying to figure things out… it’s like watching ants tho… so maybe not.”
“I have an idea,” his grin grew even more as he beckoned Missy to join him in the TARDIS. He piloted it carefully, humming and whistling as he moved with grace around the controls. At last, the landed and he moved a screen around for their viewing pleasure.
“I parked on the lawn. Now, we wait. Sure, its boring, but its psychological. This TARDIS is so well known to UNIT. They’ll know who is inside. They’ll wait…then, when they notice I haven’t emerged, they’ll creep out. They’ll arrange themselves around, their little guns taking lead,” he leaned over and pressed a button, “Shields are up, don’t want them getting any ideas. We can plan whatever we wish while they sweat it out.”
The TimeLady giggled, which turned to laughter and then a full blown cackle. “Perfect. I do enjoy psychological weapons.” Missy grabbed the monitor, pulling it over to look at it.
“So, seeing as we have all the time in the universe… are we planning on here or in another room?” She also wondered if her room and study was still around.
“I am quite sure that the TARDIS will oblige us with the perfect room,” he held up his arm, smiling deviously, “I’ll see about drinks and snacks, as well.”
“If your Tardis is setting one up, then we both know it will be perfect.” She smirked and took his arm. “Make sure you grab some chocolate… anything chocolate will do.”
“Yes you can. I know it. Just reach out a little bit more.”
He could feel the itch under his skin telling him something about her wasn’t right. She wasn’t who she seemed but he didn’t have time to sort that out yet. If they survived through this he could ask her all the driving questions he wished. Well, he could at least ask a few. His grip tightened on the railing, knuckles turning white, muscles in his arms straining as he reached out to her across the gap. He could see hers was slipping. Time was ticking away and he didn’t like how his hearts clenched against it.
“You can reach me. It’s not as far as it looks. Come on. It’s going to be fine.” His outstretched fingers shook from the strain. “Please. Take my hand.”
Missy forced herself not to look down. Her fingers hurt as she held on, but she knew she wouldn’t be able to hold on for much longer. Taking a deep breath, she reached across as much as she could, fear in her eyes. If she got out of this, she would answer as many questions as the man had and then she would.. perhaps not retire… but tone down on her world domination plans that she had for the future… take a break if you will…
She reached out even more, straining, but soon she grabbed his hand, her grip slipping from where she was holding on, making her scream, her grip tightening around his hand.
Okay… this was the doctor… tho not exactly the doctor she was aiming for. “Sweetheart… what exactly are you doing? Are you here to search for the over 20 humans that got kidnapped by what seemed like aliens but was obviously taken by a transmat beam?” Missy asked innocently.
Said 20+ people were unharmed and under hypnosis as her maids and butlers, just some mischief she had created to find and draw in the doctor.
“Wasn’t going to keep them for long…” She shrugged.
The doctor just stared at Missy then he dropped his arm to the side and frowned, a bit disappointed because the exciting part of this was suddenly gone. “It isn’t fun if you just point out the obvious!—— I was going to do something cool that included doing a cool entrance.” He mumbled most of his words under his breath, acting a bit like a child for a moment before the mention of the humans were brought up. “Oh, yeah, yeah. The humans! Nearly forgot…—— I had suspected aliens at first, then again, by my conclusion, you are an alien too, so either way, I am still right! Also, you can’t just suddenly kidnap 20 or more humans! What were you thinking?! Release them now! They have families to go too!”
Smirking Missy clapped her hands and called all the humans to the Hallway. “Dearies, your Mistress has had fun, but the doctor is here now, you are all dismissed. Go home, forget about this place and tell everyone about the little green alien that was researching earth and what it’s like to live here. Thank you.” She addressed them, making eye contact with each and every person.
Once all the humans turned and started to leave, the TimeLady turned back to the other TimeLord. “What I was thinking, was that I was lonely and I wanted my best friend back… and what better way to attract his attention than a little bit of harmless chaos, involving aliens and kidnapped humans.”
Missy Loved Markets… Especially during the Victorian Era. And for some reason Human markets had everything she loved.
The TimeLady browsed the Stalls of the market, specially set up for the rich, her inter-dimensional pockets full of coins, ready to be used.
“Ooo, thats nice, I should get that…” She murmured Trying on a hat at a stall, not caring about anything around her.
“I’m pretty sure you were a nerd.”
Dana seemed like she was speaking to herself as she looked over trinkets and random piles of junk at the market. And no one paid attention to her, she hoped. Her patterns of speech alone could be a tell.
“You don’t know that.” Her voice seemed a little deeper then. Her eyes flashing gold. “Your psychic memos are little glowing glass d20′s. I rest my case.” “Maybe I’m just a fan of geometric.” “…would that somehow make you less of a Nerd?” “Drop it, or I’ll start quoting your fan fiction.” “You wouldn’t dare.”
Dana puffed her cheeks, every line of dialogue marked by the slightest shift of posture and tone. Her eyes alternating between her faded silvers, and then glowing gold.
It was glass she was hovering by. It reminded her of sea glass jewelry, she thought, when she caught the face in the mirror hanging from a stand. That was when all color left her face. Oh no. Missy. That was a tricky call. Avoiding Time Lords at all-well, given she’d come to the recent conclusion Dev must have been one-whose memories had been scattered across space and time-she decided it was better to avoid their notice.
Missy’s case was unusual in Dana didn’t know if she was chaotic evil, chaotic neutral, or chaotic good. Chaotic Neutral might make her indifferent-or better yet, curious. But evil-Dana didn’t have a desire to test Dev’s skills and reflexes.
Which, unfortunately, were lacking as she didn’t have adrenaline or deadly circumstances when she turned, trying to avoid notice. So it depended on Dana’s grace and balance.
That was how she fell on top of one of the racks of hats, groaning as she rubbed her head. “S-Sorry! I’ll clean it up!”
That of course attracted the Time Ladies attention. Tilting her head slightly she walked over.
“Well now, that seems to be a right mess. No worries, I’ll me taking this hat ma’am thank you.” She said pulling out some money paying for the hat she had been holding.
“Now, Dearie, you first need to stand up before you can clean anything up.” She held her hand out to her feeling a little kind today.
“Now!——" A man stormed into some random place, obviously knowing what he’s doing. “——who called for an electrician?!” That man pulled out his sonic screwdriver and casually waved it around the area, using it to signal any signs of ’ strange activity ’. That is why he’s here, because of the ’ strange activity ’. It’s more fun than boring activity, better and exciting.
