mumbles the words into the shoulder of his coat – it’s in moments like this
that the irritating height difference they’ve always had is noticeable most of all. This hug is unusual, unexpected, such that she lifts a hand to rest it
on his forehead, only halfway joking.
“Are you feeling alright?”
He doesn’t hug. Not in this incarnation. Not that she’s complaining of course…just mildly confused to say the least.
“Oh im absolutlyfine.” he told her, yet didn’t pull away from the hug.
He needed this, to just have someone to hug him. He needed someone to squeeze all the horrible feelings out. So he could feel better, feel whole again.
