The Doctor knew Koschei was there, without even having to look. She could feel him.

“What if I told you I was tired of being the earth’s precious savior? What if I said I wanted to turn my back on them and join you?” A small smile graced her features, as she turned her head slightly so that she was looking at him. “What would you say?”

“Well, it’s along the lines of – 1. Are you feeling alright, 2. What happened?, 3. Are you sure? And finally 4. It’s about damn time.” He laughs softly and then smirked.

“So finally got it through your head that they will never thank you for what you are doing and you should just let nature take its course?” He walks over and wraps his arm around her waist having missed her.
