“What situation? I have no idea what you are talking about” he grins cheekily and winks at him. Not that he would ever forget himself that he had tripped and fallen onto his lips…. but now he thought about it… he really wanted him to kiss him again… but on purpose this time.
“I… I know I’m not as affectionative in this regeneration…” he sighed. “But am I really THAT bad at showing how I feel for you?” He pauses for a little while longer before walking over and wrapping his arms around him.
“Yes, Koschei, I do. I have done since the Academy.” He presses a light kiss to the top of his head.
“Nope, you’re the one with the teeth.” She winks as pulled him to the Garden. “And you will need them for this surprise.” Theta laughs.
The Garden doors slide open and she span around to face him. “Close your eyes Kosch’. Its meant to be a surpriiise~” The Doctor bounced on her toes.
“You know, you’re entirely too excited about this, Theta, whatever you’ve got planned. And why do I need teeth?”
And yet, his curiosity won out and the Master closed his eyes, but not before rolling them at the Doctor, not quite without a certain kind of fondness.
“Alright. Surprise me.”
She giggled and gently pushed him over to the picnic blanket that was put out over the red grass of the gallifreyan garden, under the silver tree and a view of the citadel – Arcadia.
She had managed to hand cook a few dishes from home and a couple of sandwiches incase she had failed in her cooing…
tho the tardis had helped her along the way, so it shouldnt be too bad.
Theta was hunched over the console. He had dropped off Bill at her home, told the university that he was resigning… and parked the TARDIS, after collecting his stuff from his office, Out side the university grounds so that Bill could still find him.
But now that he was blind… He had no idea what to do… He couldn’t exactly do traveling… Especially now that he couldn’t even see the console itself…
He was grounded till he regenerated… And that was something he did NOT want to do.
The Doctor swore softly under his breath as he staggered back and down to the floor in agony. He hadn’t seen it coming, only heard the gunfire and then the blinding pain.
The only comfort was that the pain was in a place that he knew he wouldn’t regenerate, but could still die of blood loss if he wasn’t patched up fast.
“I- i didn’t see it… Why do people- always insist– on using GUNS…” He pants out clutching his side.
