Missy was bored, and when bored and not under the doctor’s ruling thumb, she could come up with great ways to entertain herself.

“…I think we should make all the landmarks on earth invisible…”

“I can only just imagine, the little humans faces as they panic… only to become confused when they realise that they haven’t gone anywhere… then they start to rush about trying to figure out how it happened and how to get them back to normal….” She cackled slightly at that thought.

“Dearest, I’m quite concerned to hear you in such a fluster.”

The Master places down his tea to listen to the whimsical
sadism of his future face. His “concern” is of course facetious,
for the moment she’s finished speaking, he smacks one palm
to the other in a single clap of unmitigated praise.

“I’ve just the idea. Minute temporal displacement. Don’t tell me it
came to you already, let me have a little credit for our genius.”

He stands and thrusts his teacup over his shoulder, clear off
the balcony, and onto the head of an unsuspecting passer-by.
He glances over his shoulder at the shriek of pain and alarm from below,
unperturbed and faintly annoyed by the interruption.

“Anyway, attach a vortex manipulator always in active mode to
each object, placing it in constant flux between one space time
coordinate and the next–obviously, the same space coordinate,
but a fractional second of a difference in time–and it will appear
to vanish because it is moving on the Time Vortex indefinitely.
Of course, the REAL trick is to get them all under the control
of a universal remote. So that they all disappear at the same time.”

“Oh, alright, for it did come to you first and i only know because of you.” Missy smirked. “Plus, i was thinking more cloaking device, but your idea sounds even more chaotic. Bravo!” she clapped happily.

“Hmm, yes, that does sound like we need to do some experimenting.” And experimentation brought more chaos into the mix. “Then again, i had managed to do so with This…” She puts her little hand held device on the table.

“I froze all of the earths planes in a simple time stop, all at the same time, if i can activate a time stop with this, then don’t you think we just might be able to use it for the Displacement?”
