Koschei didn’t even try to protest when the other took his book and licked his lips again, clearly still flustered.

“W-well…” he cleared his throat.
“…you most definitely have it now.”
And boy, did he.

And he wouldn’t mind theta getting his attention like that again.

“good, now keep your eyes on me.” Theta sat the book aside before he ruffled the other’s dark hair, he saw that Koschei was flustered and he couldn’t say he hated it.

He was going to continue with his whole dialogue about how amazing humans were but he decided to mess with his dear friend instead. The young Gallifreyan leaned a bit closer to the other, their faces inches apart.

“say Koschei, are you alright? You look a little red.” Thete teased.

Koschei made a slight sound of annoyance, his cheeks still flushed red as he tried to do his hair, not taking his eyes off the other.

He cleared his throat.
“o-of course im alright, whywouldn’titbealright, thereisnoreason for me to not be alrighteverything is Great.” he practically ended up squeaking the last bit, especially with how fast he had said the whole sentence.

@hellsgreatestdetective – Is Yako going to make a new friend? well lets see…

To say that it was easy to sneak out in his father’s T-Capsule would be a lie.
No it was easy, but once inside and away from the planet, it was easy – mainly because he had passed his driving test…. Compared to others that he knew.

*cough* Theta *cough*

Grinning he landed on a planet and not bothering to check which one, he climbed the stairs and pushed up the door (sorta like when you go into a loft) and once he was satisfied that it had breathable air, he grabbed his messenger bag, which had his research journal and climbed out the smallish wooden crate, which he really wouldn’t be able to fit comfortably.

He didn’t care if anyone noticed him doing so,
it was time to see where he landed.

Yako was three days into having bought herself an office in a quiet town no less than five hundred in population. It was a strange town full of strange people, but ultimately better for her sanity than living in a car which was successfully tucked out of sight and out of her mind.

Acknowledging the strangeness of the town, and choosing to study it to the best of her ability, it only came as a mild surprise when she saw someone crawling out of a wooden crate in her back garden; if the depressing patch of stone could be considered that.

She watched the figure for a moment, enjoying her morning coffee and the sounds of the radio, before calling out to them.

“If you’re going for subtlety that was a dreadful performance!” Her notebook was already patiently awaiting use on the coffee table on her small balcony. Now whether the stranger chose to maim her or not… she was also armed.

The his first decision was to freeze in shock, because he had not expected anyone to see him…

But the next was to turn to look at the speaker and tilted his head at them.

“Can you look after the box? Make sure no one takes it? I’ll be back later! Thanks!” The boy grins at her cheekily and rushes out onto the streets.

He scoffs slightly.
“Yeah, don’t look at me like that, you choose your name after you graduate the Academy, your chosen name is your wants and future, its who you are. Im the Master, i’m the master of disguise, hypnosis, i was one of the highest in my classes and i’ve mastered genetic splicing. You see, im a master at lots of things, which is who i am, i see a new skill, i master it.”

He takes a bite of his brownie.
“You will choose your own name one day kid, perhaps not soon, but one day you will know what your name is, plus, it took me till the end of Academy to figure mine out, so you have time.”

He felt.. impressed. To Master, every skill seems impossible, but then again most things seem like that.

“I haven’t even thought about my title. I Always thought my elders would choose one for me.” He sits there in contemplation for a while, Wondering what kind of future he could have.

“Well, no need to worry about that right now, and even if we don’t manage to get you back home, i shall tutor you myself.”

The Master really could care less that this would change the future drastically, but the child had done nothing wrong in his eyes, he was too young.

“Wait you will?”He seemed…excited. This was a super cool time lord. An active one with his own TARDIS. That was like…every child’s dream.

“Of course i will, Im not going to let you fall behind on your studies, thats the worst thing that could happen, especially if you do return to Gallifrey.” he smiled at him. “Perhaps, before i set my plan in motion, ill see if i can get the Tardis to take us somewhere… I borrowed her from a friend, Im not sure where mine is, hopefully i shall find it.”
