Nodding, the Master led him over to the bed and then promptly pulled out their PJ’s setting them on the end of the bed, giving him the choice if he wanted to change into it or not.

Koschei himself, changed into his red silk PJ and got into the bed, pulling back the corner and patted the bed. “Im allowing you to get in yourself.” he told him raising a brow, showing that he would pull him into the bed if he didn’t get in himself.

He rolled his eyes at The Doctor but didn’t hesitate when he was invited to cuddle up on the sofa, promptly cuddling up to him and wrapping his own arms around the man’s waist, head on his chest, listening to his heart beats.

“Hmm, yes, you are very warm.
My very own Space and Time heater.” He joked, humming happily.

The Plan ‘get theta to rest’ had worked perfectly.

The Master shifts ever so slowly, moving his head so that it was lying on his chest, one arm wrapped around his shoulder, the other never leaving his hair as he continued to pet it, hoping that he could help him have even a few hours of sleep to recharge his batteries.

“You, my dear Theta, should really try to trust me more.” he whispered ever so quietly, having waited an hour before he even dared to make a sound or move, making sure his love was fully asleep.

“I hope that we can work on this more, for i morn for the times when we… or rather you used to be able to trust me without being suspicious of my every move….” he sighed. 

“Sleep now, ill try and protect you from the nightmares.”
He couldn’t protect him from within the mind, for he had not asked for permission, but he would gladly hold him close, hoping that would help.
